OUR PROCESS

We start with an onsite consultation, during which we will gather full project details and precise measurements. Following this, we will email you the estimate.

Onsite Consultation

Afterward, we invite you to our showroom to review curated 3D renderings. In our showroom, we showcase our craftsmanship and the available design options. Throughout the design phase, we will refine the design until you are 100% satisfied.

Design Review

Once all materials have arrived, we begin the process by cutting the materials to match the specifications outlined in the plan.

Material Cutting

Following the cutting process, the assembly phase begins, where the components are meticulously joined using industry-grade glue and nails. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail to ensure structural integrity, durability, and a high-quality finish. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain strict quality control throughout the construction process.

Fabrication

Hand sanding allows for precise surface finishing, resulting in a smoother, higher-quality cabinetry. To ensure a safe and clean work environment, our workshop is equipped with vacuum tables, vacuum sanders, and high-grade ventilation systems that effectively control dust and promote safety.

Sanding

Our finishing is done in a high-grade spray booth with temperature control, intake vent, and export tent to prevent particle contamination and ensure proper drying. We use Ilva paint from Milan, starting with a white base coat that can be custom matched to any paint chip for a perfect finish.

Finishing

During the assembly phase, all components are carefully connected by hand, including securing hinges, slides, and mechanisms. This attention to detail ensures precise alignment, smooth operation, and a high-quality finish for every piece.
